momotofu: WHAAAT WHY NOT?! I THOUGHT THE VIOLIN SOUNDED GREAT WITH THE PIANO

I don’t like the player. Cuz they force the vibrato cuz they use hard vibrato instead of soft in the midsection, and the part towards the end where I would’ve added more emphasis on the upbow, possibly even making it a martele stroke rather than marcato. Butttt Meh. I just think the violinist is an average player.

Edit: Now that I”m listening to it again. The player vibrato right when the note starts, instead of easing in on it. I prefer a more solid ground before smoothing out the note. But the crescendos are good. The piano player is damn good though.
